Rich-Monte-smiling-300x207After a spinal cord injury nearly ten years ago left Rich Dixon permanently paralyzed, he never would have imagined the unlikely journey he is on today.

In September 2011, Rich cranked his hand-cycle along the entire length of the Mississippi River – a journey that took eight weeks and covered 1,500 miles – to raise funds for charity.

Last month, Rich again embarked on a hand-cycling tour, this time throughout the Colorado Front Range to raise funds for Project Rescue. In partnership with U COUNT Campaign, the Front Range Freedom Tour raised support for the children in Project Rescue’s affiliated site in New Delhi, India.

“There’s no limit to what a committed, passionate group of people can accomplish when they trust God for the outcome. Hope changes what is possible.” – Rich Dixon
